Suffering is so common that it is often considered normal, when in reality it is just a bad habit. Suffering puts humans in a "survival mode" on a daily basis, and some people even associate suffering with their identity. This can lead to the development of unconscious strategies, such as the "victim, executioner, savior" modes (Karpman's triangle).
It is essential to create a space for introspection to free oneself from these automatisms: it is a way of being alive (normal state of good health - homeostasis) rather than in survival (state of emergency during real stress).

The accompaniment I propose to you is an invitation to go beyond this "survival mode" and to embrace your creative power by taking responsibility. Taking on responsibility empowers you to create choices in your life, to face challenges, and to grow, regardless of the outcome. There is a sense of progress, because I walk the path of life and I dare to be a unique and singular human being.

Many problems can disrupt this progress, such as unresolved grief, accidents, causes and effects of illnesses, separations, traumatic birth, sexuality, fear of death, wars, and external contamination.
Symptoms or consequences can also indicate a blockage on the life path, such as anxieties, phobias, depression, loneliness, and loss of bearings

A Holistic Approach

A holistic approach that allows us to view the human system as a complex living organism, encompassing individual memories, family structure (transgenerational), collective structure (collective unconscious), physical instincts, as well as mystical or archetypal structures.

Each consultation is a unique chance to open up to a personal and singular universe, where holistic accompaniment is an art form that respects the individual and their specific needs.

The Self-knowledge gained through direct experience during counseling teaches us at every moment "the art of finding balance", our uniqueness in our art of living.

The Process

I provide individual support mainly through remote methods such as telephone calls, but also in person. I also organize working groups and initiatory journeys.

As a consultant, you can share the problem you want to work on and explain the conscious aspects of the problem to a non-judgmental therapist. This is the first step to start transforming the problem and uncovering the unconscious aspects to gain a better understanding.
By actively participating in our exchange, you can observe the inner changes, either towards a clearer definition of the problem or towards a resolution of the problem, which will bring a sense of peace and wellbeing.
This active participation is a way of empowering and liberating you, unlike the current healthcare system where a "knowing" medical authority makes decisions for the "non-knowing".
This way of empowering the consultant respects their integrity and puts them in the position of being the creator of their life choices (taking responsibility and adapting according to the results).
